There is no auto industry crisis. More like a greed crisis. Let them fail, we will just have to purchase cars from companies that can actually make a profit and properly manage their assets.

It was really depressing when Bush came to Ohio and said "free trade is good" while our jobs went overseas.

I would say that it started with Clinton (NAFTA and CAFTA), but Bush made it alot WORSE in Ohio anyway. The point is is that the Democrats and Republicans are for Wall Street, not Main Street.

Now back to spending those 1.3 trillion dollars we have gotten from the Corporate Welfare of 2009 (aka, the Bailout Plan).....

And that is the problem with the electoral system we have. The politicians are bought by the lobbyists and interest groups.

In my own thinking, I would appoint an Alan Mulally or a Donald Trump to be president and he would bring in a management team and they would have to answer to a board of directors that represent the middle class. The country is in a total mess.
