1) Turn they key to the II position
2) Turn the key to the off position, and push and hold in the odometer reset button
3) Turn they key back to the II position, while still holding the button.
4) After about 10-15 seconds, the light should go off.

Do you by any chance know if this is also treu for a 2004 Accord EX sedan 4 cyl?

I resently had a problem with my indicator for my car, as well as the horn. I took down my sterring wheel and the SRS lights came on and since then its on and also when i replaced my indicator the warning light then came on how can i get them off.

You disconnected the air bag and the horn when you removed it. Take it to the dealer and have them re-check it. You can hurt yourself badly if the airbag goes off in your hands.

its just a simple fuse replacement, if you are not sure on what to do,Mike from Middletown, NJ is right. have the dealer check it

Thanks for the info on resetting the light for maintenance reqd but does anyone know of any other reason that light comes on other than oil change needed?

This worked for my Honda Accord 2002. WoHoo... I thought I was going to have to take it to the dealer, which would of costed alot... Good luck

it was calibrated w/ the odometer to determine mileage of preventive maint scheduling incase the owner/operator forgets about.

i just removed both seats in my 2001 honda accord,
when i put the sits back on the srs light came on, how can i reset the srs light or the computer in my car so that srs light go off

Yes this works for that model accord as well. I just reset mine.

I have a 95 Honda Accord and to reset my maintenance required light, I just have to insert the key next to the light. I can't figure out how to take off the SRS light though.
