Scrapping noise when changing from 1st to 2nd gear

Hi,

My Odyssey 2006 has started to make a scrapping noise when changing gears. I actually suppose that is when changing gears because that happens only when starting driving. It is only a half a second noise, but it does not sound good at all. The transmission fluid is OK. Has someone any idea what this could be?
