OR, wonder how many wrecks you can cause by "coasting toward stops?"

Most of this stuff is "pie-in-the-sky". Yes, you can certainly practice good common sense driving methods, but out in the real world (at least on Long Island!) slowing down without an obvious reason will put a pizzed off 18 wheeler on your trunk lid.
