What about Furry himself? He's no better. He lives in a mansion, also has a plane and was known to galavant around the world staying in 5 star hotels when business was good. I have no sympathy for him either. Get a life and stop acting like the victim.

I hear that the City has promised Furry one of the new hangers at Farmington City Airport, you know, the hangers that Campbell's friend out of Arizona are building at Farmington Tax-Payer expense.

Regardless of who has a jet, who does or does not have an increased bank account. The dealership will be better off without the removed, disconnected and fraudulent previous owner. It will take quiet some time for this mess to work itself out but once it does, I believe the Performance Dealership will thrive and all persons involved will be better off.

I've worked with all the dealers in town all are decent people, and all have money. Just because Melloy doesn't drive a Ferrari doesn't mean he doesn't have several really nice boats. Same goes for all of them. Plus why would you hate someone for having more money than you, it sounds a little socialistic to me.

The point is TRUST....this guy was rollin high instead of paying off customers trades....I'm sure you wouldn't mind that you trade wasn't paid off as the Dealer was on vacation in Italy...I didn't say that the other dealers don't make money....And how do you know I couldnt buy all of them out of my back pocket? Oh maybe because I don't park my Lanbo in handicapped parking at the Outback? You can spend your money with whom ever you choose I personally didn't trust Steigelman and sure as hell don't trust Thomas.

No, I do not work for Thomas or any other car dealership, nor do I have any affiliation. I am just someone that has seen many people in this area hurt by the dealings of Mr. S and trying to be positive about a hopeful change. I hope you are wrong about Jeff Thomas for everyone involved. I much like many, have heard about Thomas and his shady past and probably present but never in regards to his business ethics. I'm not saying you are wrong. I do not personally know about that if it has happened. Dennis? I do not understand that comment. Dare me to what? idea in Farmington wrote: pay cash it saves on messes like this! How is it the dealers fault (or any other business) if the customer wants or agrees to buy something they KNOW that they can't afford????? I read nothing in the story that suggests that the dealership sales staff had a gun to the head of the customer!! If you are too simple minded to "just say no" to any upsale, whose fault is that??? EVERY business exists because of a profit margine.(profit is what pays wages) I have purchased many cars, financed them all, and NEVER bought a car I had not intended to buy.
