Judge says Delphi sale can't be private

A bankruptcy judge said Wednesday that a formal sale process needs to be put in place in order to ensure that the potential sale of Delphi's assets results in the greatest possible return for the auto supplier's stakeholders.

Why don't you print the truth a China company wants to buy Delphi for 750 Billion and verses the 750 Million that The Platinum Group is purchasing them for which is really GM. The Union and GM are crooks they have stolen from their employees for years and we have just stood by and let them. That is the real reason the judge stopped the sale there is a lot of difference between 750 million and 750 billion but then GM would not have prints for the parts would they? What you want to bet after GM buys Delphi gets the documents they need they spin them off again wake up America!
