What a great celebration, GM should make special GM 100 badges to put on their new cars or something. A 100th anniversary is something huge, and it only happens once!

GM tried to get a 100 badge but they couldn't afford the tooling.

No, were saying a badge to put on all their cars. Like the silver GM logo they (used to?) put on all models.

The badge would be made in another country and installed here in North America. It will fall off, That's GM quality.

Similar to those failing Toyota transmissions, broken tundra tailgates, sludge filled Camry’s, and rusted-rotted out frames..huh?

GM can still afford stickers, as no hard tooling is required.

Back in the 1980's GM would make one car and just put a different badge on it to turn it into a Buick, Pontiac, Chevy, or Oldsmobile.

Now GM is starting that nonsense again with the Pontiac G5 and Cobalt and all of their crossovers.
