For the homeless, fresh start means new roof

Best of luck to you Mr. Lewis. Your story is an inspiration to those who feel hopeless and helpless. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to wake up one day and say, I deserve better and I'm willing to do what it takes to get myself there.

“People end up homeless for many reasons,” but the city of Lowell is being a hypocrite when it also has a hand in driving some homeless through fraudulent and criminal acts.
Corrupt acts, relative to sewers, city employees doing work for city councilors during working hours, etc. are not the only types of corrupt acts by the corrupt administration of the City of Lowell. It has also has had its hand in illegally driving people homeless.
The city of Lowell is a cesspool of corruption through and through.
