Hey guys my old vette idles a little high when she's cold. But iwhen I start it I only let it idle about 30 seconds then I'll goose the throttle and it lowers right back down to around normal.

Try doing the same it might help. I mean obviously if its doing it when its cold that's a good thing. I just don't like to let my 40 yr old 350 to idle that high while stationary for more than a few mins.

RD!!
