I read somewhere on the internet, happen to be a very savvy lady, said that the code (5 digits) is below the Body/ chassis control module part number (on the control module itself)that is located at the "C' pilar passenger side area behind the seat back, you'd have to remove the interior body panel, the reason I remember this is because i just bought a 2002 with keypad and without the original owner's manual, after obtaining the code please download the owner's manual from the internet where it has a very clear procedure to use the code, hope this help, my e-mail is : montirdokar@yahoo.com
