I certainly hope you are correct for the sake of the victims and the community. It would be a sad day if the main group of defendants walked. What would happen to those who had a conscious and remorse, that plead guilty? It would not be right for the ring leaders to walk, while the lower level offenders pay for their crimes. I don't understand how 5 can plead guilty and their boss and those who made financial profit off of the deals would walk?

The court has already advised Craig Conner that even though he has cut his deal he will do time in prison. If you look at the list of people summoned to testify and those that have already cut their deals, there is no way the information they possess won't put those responsible behind bars. The most vulnerable will be Dave Willan, Sandy Langer, Craig Conner and Michelle Hyatt. On the bubble would be Mandy Pugh, Dan Ringer, Brianna Fullerton and Dan Mohler. The others will get what amounts to a slap on the wrist and fines.

Mandie is not on the bubble she wrote out all the checks and transferred money here and there. Mohler already has his deal he was just stupid and used. Fullerton was just used ah for love ! Ringer ? Borodkin was in on all the house deals and he is still sticking to Dave like glue Sandy guilty!!! All the little ones who pled were used they went in and did their job did what their bosses told them to do they should of been charged with stupidity not all the felonies Just waiting for the BIG FISH to fry This week he asked for all the evidence not be allowed to be used and something about his constitutional rights What a waste of paper and ink

Going to get to keep the strip club that Dave built with ill begotten gains? Seems to me the people Dave stole money from should be the one's to gain from that deal and not dave's fluff chic. Isn't the place in federal bankruptcy court?

Does anyone know the status of Brianna Fullerton's demise? Is she going to get to keep the bar on brittian rd.? Is she going to jail? If nothing else when is her next court date? Please help...

On March 6, 2008 Mandie asked for the right to have her case severed from the "herd". Long story short, she will exercise that right (from a pretty solid source of information).
