Yes, Denzil I am in the process of converting my newly bought 2006, 158" wheelbase, 2500 Sprinter. I have most of the accessories and parts chosen, and bookmarked their internet site locations accordingly.

Get back & good luck...Jack

Could you please forward any links for conversion that you have found helpful? Do you have any photos of yours that you could send? Have you finished your conversion?

Thanks for any info.

No,I have not started yet, in fact I dont even have a van yet. One very interesting and helpful site is Sportsmobile.com , They have an online design studio for the Sprinter, you can click on a menu of beds, dinettes, cabinets etc, and place each one where you want it, it wont let you put anything where it will not fit. Other parts sources I have found. Sprinteraccessories.com and eurocampers.com My e-mail is denzil-carol@sbcglobal.net if you have any photos of your project Thanx, Denzil u

I would like to share bookmarks and sources of components too. I have a Reimo catalog on CD in German, which has interesting items for the Sprinter...like seat swivel bases.

I have to figure out how to attach a file of my bookmarks.
would appreciate any lists from others like you, Jack.

Here are some text titles for my bookmarks. I converted them but lost the hyperlinks. Reimo is a great place for european vehicle items...but will not sell in usa...but I found a catalog on CD, and could use a freight forwarder. CR Lawrence has some great windows just for Sprinters, and skylights.

I am interested to purchase a sprinter conversion van, but found very few on e-bay or other sellers. Most do not have Sprinters available and it may take several weeks to complete the job. One such seller is Midwest Automotive Designs Inc.
www.madlimo.com , who charge 59K. Anyone know if the conversion can be done with some local expert help?

Thanks.

I'm not as handy or ambitious as some of you appear to be, but I would be interested in any company in the Sacramento, CA area who will do a Sprinter conversion for me.
Suggestions????

We were just gifted a 158", high top, 2500 Sprinter Van. We will be converting it ourselves. Right now we are looking for insulation, pre-cut woods panels with some kind of clip/screw to fasten the wood to the already existing holes in the metal. Does anyone know if products such as this can be purchased from Roadtrek or Midway or a similar place.

Hi everyone,
Well this is all exciting. I have a MB140 and I am having alot of trouble finding any site that has bed building plans.
I am just looking for something basic that I can create storage under.
Camping down under!
Good luck to all!
