04 Sprinter won't shift into gear... ABS light stays on

just got my sprinter back from having the front breaks done, now the abs, esp, and traction control warning lights are going off and the cruise dosent work. everything worked fine when i took it in. did they damage the speed sensors when they did the breaks?

04 sprinter abs light stays on.... loses power if you give it too much I acceleration. works again if you restart engine.

speed sensor maybe, i had similar problem so dealer told me bad sensor is causing the abs lamp on and also esp and tire lamp on. 500 dollars to chage with diagnostic.

happened to me but all I needed was an alaignment

dealers have no info about this vans try to find the problem by yourself is easy

I have a 06 sprinter 2500 that has been parked for several month's.I started it and let it run for several minutes and when I took it out of park and put
it into drive nothing happens. It will do nothing in
in any of the other gears including reverse. Has anybody had or heard of this problem.

Hi! what can i do to make my brake light to work? i got stop by the police cause my brake light dont work, the next day i check everything and still cant find the problem, i check the brake fuse and work but if i keep the fuse in the brake light still on. any ideas?

Hi I have other problem with my sprinter my shifter is lock cant make gear changes the only way if unlock it with a pen. any ideas what is the problem?

Hi andrea..!! Im having the same issues.. Try changing your brake lamp swicth.. It goes right on top of your brake pedal..!!! It costs around 20$ at the dealer.. Anyone can change it for u..!!

I'm have the problem described by many. Mine is a 2002 sprinter it wouldn't display gear position and wont go out of park. after replacing the shifter assembly it shows gear position, but still wont come out of park.

I guess the thing to do is replace brake switch?

It also shift through the gears before the rpms get above 2k even with it floored.
