Has anybody experienced this on 2007 sprinter diesel
#2 Jan 20, 2012
I have just bought a 2003 Sprinter and the day after I got it the dash gauges died, except for some flashing of dash lights, usually when starting-up.
Replacement cluster of second-hand gauges did not work so it must be the power supply, somewhere. Even the dealership workshop is flying blind and will have another go at tracking down the problem, soon.
The gear shift is hard to get in and out of first and second gear.
There is a small leak of water when raining from behind the dash that appears around the tool box embedded in the floor.
The van has 240,000 kilometres on the clock and should be able to manage the same again before major problems arise, at least the average brand should manage that. However, after reading the blogs on this site, perhaps I have bought a 'lemon'.
Any feedback or suggestions about my problems will be appreciated.
