What's ahead for the new Chrysler? Big sticker discounts and revamped models

Isn't it odd that "Commie Rag", Consumer's Report panned all but the Ram, but for years has given Toyota a free pass without the same testing procedures placed on American nameplates. I have two of the vehicles they hate, Avenger R/T and Nitro R/T. Both of the vehicles have been flawless, with the exception of one recall (Avenger), for a door latch. It just goes to show who pays off who!

Glad to hear you like the Nitro R/T. I think we make more for Europe than we do for the states now. If they could only get a motor with some fuel mileage it would have sold better. The R/T is hot looking. You are right about consumer reports. They put the Nitro and Liberty in the same catagorie as the Honda and Toyota and Kia small suv's. then complain about how they don't get as good of mpg's or they are to big and bulky. Not everyone in this country is 5 foot tall and is 100 pounds soaking wet. Some of us even have children and need a real suv to enjoy the real outdoors!

What about honder vans with bad brakes?
