I have a 96 dodge caravan that i bought 2 weeks ago and the radio didnt work at all then all of a sudden 3 weeks later its working fine and normal
Why do you think this happened

Hot day? Did you use the AC? I suspect these problems are caused by condensation from the AC dripping into the vents on the top of the radio causing the radio to short out. I had to get a used radio from a reliable junkyard for $75. It's still working.

I could not find the manufacture radio from any junkyard in GTA. Therefore, I went to BB on the weekend and installed a Sony radio/cd instead. The only drawback is that I need remove the face plate every time I left the van in a parking lot.

I have a problem with my Dodge Caravan 2006 radio, the cd player won't work it says error, so can someone please help me out?

The only suggestion I have is to try removing the IOD fuse and putting it back in after about ten seconds and see what happens. Start with easy stuff...
