My 97 s10 4.3l vortec started to blow out white smoke and leaking coolent form the bell housing could this be a blown head gasket,intak gasket, or freez plug

Okay, you listed three choices. ALL of them can be addressed whilst changing out the head gasket. Since you would need to unbolt the intake when removing the head for a head gasket replacement, you will change out the intake and exhaust mounting gaskets anyway. (I would). As for the freeze plug, you can easily access that when you pull the head anyway. Change it out too. While your at it, take the head down to a proper machine shop that deals in heads, and have them check it for trueness, hot tank it, magnaflux it to check for hairline fractures, etc. It'll save you worry when you put it back together.
