After actually reading the article, it appears that Toyota still has a stellar credit rating, and is nowhere near the deep junk territory that my beloved Detroit automakers are in. Facts are facts.

Sad, but true. Main reason our Big Three our in the situations they're in is because they have to pay for retirement, benefits and so on, Toyota doesn't because their workers are not even unionzied at all....
