I just recently started noticing the same thing, just driver's side. Going to check with my mechanic, but I'll get back to you.

aha! Easy fix. My mechanic said there is a valve that lets excess fluid out of your air/heat unit escape. It sometimes gets clogged with leaves or other debris, at which point the excess water leaks out into the floorboard. He said it is fairly tough to get to, car has to be up on the lift to get to it, but he could do it in a few minutes when I come in for an oil change. Relief! Hope this helps.

Also, I recently found that if you have a sunroof, there are 2 drain hoses near your left and right panel in front. When you take off the panel you find a rubber drain hose hanging and going no where. This leaked into both side of my floor boards and there is NO recall. What a dumb mistake by GM. You can place extentions and run through the floor if your careful. |
