Too bad the Prius can get as low as 19 mpg when you put your foot down. Also, did you take the last sentence of the Veyron description from the TV show Top Gear? Seems eerily similar.

Ouch then all the other cars must get around 9 mpg with the foot down, because the prius is the best gas mileage car available .
