Omar used to be a PNC, it was a "crew" that hung around on 23rd n 51st, dont think there active n e more , hes also on IDOC, looks like he just got out of prison on a drug charge, ceasefire was marching over there yesterday, down the block from where it happend, the NEW POLICE station is a block away from the shooting

I lived in Cicero many years ago, and you could walk anywhere, now from what I hear and rear you can't even leave your house. Thoses Cicero politicians need to get things straightened out, instead of doing nothing and getting fat off the of Cicero tax payor dollars, I am sure that they are fleecing the funds. Since Larry Dominic puts his son in a gravy job and he doesn't evan have a clue about medical benefits and insurance. It is a corupt chain going back to the Kimbark and Resnick days.
