Doesn't concern me in the least.
Personally I think tort litigation is an insult to justice and our legal system--an almost criminal act in its own right--but Toyota's predicament is of no matter to me at all.
So you don't have to feel that apologies are necessary, but thanks anyway.
What does concern me--just a little--is your clearly biased crusade aginst offshores (aka Toyota) where at the same time you insist you're trying to keep this forum balanced and on a level playing field.
I have no use for two faced individuals who profess one thing and do the opposite.
It speaks to a serious lack of integrity and character.
Level playing field from JJFADS? Never. Hypocritical? Definitely.

It's been shown that JJFADS cannot be trusted to post with integrity.
IMO, what he says here has to be considered with that fact kept in mind.

Sorry, my only GM vehicle is a Chevrolet truck. My real love for cars falls into the European bunch. However, if GM continues to put out world vehicles like the CTSV and ZR1, they will stand a better opportunity at gaining me back as a customer.

What this has to do with Toyota's class action lawsuit I have no idea.

Toyota or GM? Now I’m confused. Here is my take
GM = good trucks – Suv’s – cars improving
European = great performance cars
Toyota = piss poor junk washing machine with no character

Just because you got what you call a "lemon" from Toyota doesn't mean they are all lemons. In fact, their cars consistently outsell GM's cars. When was the last time GM had the #1 selling car in the U.S.?

Hence the reason I said GM cars are improving. When all the red tape is cut is actually a truck is America’s best seller. At any rate, I look at the whole gamut and GM still outsells every other maker in the US daily. I will give kudos to Toyota for the Camry sales numbers though. That doesn’t change my opinion of the vehicle.

Again. When was the last time GM sold the #1 sedan in America?

I owned one of those so called American sedans. It was the cheesiest thing we ever owned and it had bad quality. We had three Toyota's through the years and believe you me they have gone downhill.

Wow a company involved in a class action lawsuit. Does this actually happen? It seems rare that someone in the US would sue someone else.

Oh wait...on second thought, I got $25 in free long distance from a class action suit against AT&T.

I also got a $25 gift card from a class action lawsuit against Alltel.

I wonder what this suit will bring me from Toyota? I hope it's more that $25.

And you, the braintrust, kept buying a product you didn't like? Sorry pal, but your idiotic rants don't hold any water on this forum. Move along.

Daily Horoscope for December 4

Gemini

You're normally pretty canny, but today you're wearing rose-tinted glasses that prevent you seeing what's really going on. There probably isn't much harm in this if your vision is only temporarily obscured, but you could be heading for financial problems if you persist in taking a very idealistic view of a current situation. Be realistic, especially if someone's health or welfare is involved.
