Personally I think tort litigation is an insult to justice and our legal system--an almost criminal act in its own right--but Toyota's predicament is of no matter to me at all.

What does concern me--just a little--is your clearly biased crusade aginst offshores (aka Toyota) where at the same time you insist you're trying to keep this forum balanced and on a level playing field.
I have no use for two faced individuals who profess one thing and do the opposite.

At any rate, I look at the whole gamut and GM still outsells every other maker in the US daily. I will give kudos to Toyota for the Camry sales numbers though.
