GM announced today that they'll hold a seasonal firesale starting November 18th and carrying through the remainder of 2009.

GM's Docherty stated that the firesale would include heavy (even "massive") incentives to help move out the inventory.

She also stated that GM's market share was at 19.5% for the year, and expected some further declines as the company phased out brands and fleet buyers.
