Jap crap. LOL LOL. Ya. That must be why they consistently get over 200k miles on them and still keep pumping. All cars rust now days. It depends on how you take care of them. Some people dont like to clean let alone wax a vehicle. I suppose if you also decided to actually do routine maintenance on a domestic or import, you will be able to put some miles on it too. But ya, some people just can't be bothered. Let's face it kids, Most of this is how much time and effort you decide to give your vehicle. Any vehicle will become crap is neglected. So, I guess this may come down to the individual owner too.)

Unfortunately the big 3 here in the US all bank over seas with the majority of their investments not found in the US. so, the US automakers do not exist anymore. The most U.S. part of the big 3 is the money injected foolishly by the U.S. goverment to prevent thousands of job losses. Guess what! They laid off even more than they planned without the bail-outs! so the Big 3 are just big money sucks! because helloooo FAIL! economy cars are needed, they have the technology for a 30mpg commercial truck, but chose not to make them.

So we are saying that all the profits from American cars are kept on American soil. How many of the parts we use to manufacture a vehicle are actually made in the U.S.) Maybe if you guys keep writing the BS your writing here, you might actually begin to believe it.

A lot more of the profits would stay in the country if you bought an American vehicle compared to if you bought an asian or other foreign car.
