what about the girl she need counseling of her doing if she concented to sex with this boy she will probably have no problems having sex with others and tempted young boys with her ability to not to say no to sex. is anyone helping her with this as well because it takes teaching and discipline in both parties. this boy is not all in fault by himself. fair is fair!!!!

Once there was a young girl that gave birth at one of our local hospitals . This child was 12 years old .
There are so many of these teen pregnancies and some of the fathers are in their 20's and some are even the mama's boyfriends .
More times than not there are never any charges filed for rape .
I wonder why if not , doctors are are not made to report under age pregnant teens and neglect charges are not brought against the parents . Or is the parent not too blame , they are for everything else .
I am wondering just how sexually active this jail bate was already . Guys better be careful; kids are now fully developed in body .

I wish this young man the best of luck. I've read his story and signed the petition I think this so unfair and so very terrorifying that this young girls now a days can lie and ruin a young mans life and the girl just goes on with her life. It so unfair! And placing him on the states sex offender list, please, he was a child himself at 17 yrs. old. I will pray for him and his family.

We have a local kid who the Grand Jury indicted for the same thing! He slept with "or allegidly slept with" a border patrols daughter who was sneeking out her window to go "hook up". He wasn't the only guy then, and she probably hasn't checked into a nunery since then.

It is time to reform the laws. These cases should not be treated as a "sex offense." It is wrong. It is usually the boy that is the one to get into trouble since girls usually go for older boys since they are more likely to drive, have jobs and $$. These girls, such as the one mentioned by "Reaper" are NEVER held accountable and are treated as VICTIMS. It doesn't matter if the girl has done this with 100 other older boys, if she lied about her age, if she continues to sneak out with older boys. She is still treated like the victim while the boy is treated like a pedophile.

These boys are arrested, convicted, sentenced. Many go straight to prison, others are placed on probation. Once convicted of this, these boys are placed on the Sex Offenders Registry and basically lose their rights as human beings.

It is time to reform the law. Should both the girl and boy be arrested and convicted of a sex offense? But I do believe it is time to HOLD BOTH accountable.

The Sex Offenders Registry should be for the MOST dangerous sexual predators among us. Boys involved in consensual teenage sex ARE NOT SEXUAL PREDATORS.

This one of many reasons I go to many schools as I possibly can and hold Assemblies on The Education and Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse. You would probably be surprised how many Teens do not even know what the age of consent is in their prospective states.

I will praying for this young man and his family. This will be hard on all of them.

Please, what kind of excuse is "everybody is doing it, why me?" Why you? because stupidity and ignorance is not an excuse. This kid went to the same school of this girl, he was 17, what happen? is he slow? WHat happen with respect and values? Please parents stop thinking that the laws are wrong, teach your kids that there is a different between animals and humans, we have choices. You want to have sex? o.k. but know the consecuences and the laws of th US and don't get me start with the supportes, who is going to be with this kid in downtown Mexico? why they didn't got the "mula" together and hired an attorney instead to trust a freeby one? chage the laws of our country to give green light to people that are not citizens? and Mom with what face you argued with a free attorney? you have no shame! go back to your country where your son is a citizen...from Mexico no US!

I have a relative in the same situation.Except he is a us citizen.Caught in williamson county.The charges are ridiculous and the girl is now using it for attention.She is living her life and laughing. My relatives life is ruined.This law is not right.The courts ruin their life then put so many demands on them so they can get them in prison.Its all about the money.They get money for each prisoner.They get bonus' for the more arrests they make.The more they bring in, the more they get paid.They are not there to protect you anymore.Contact 7 on your side.The more that contacts them, then they will show up in court.Pass the word along.
