Wanted! Tutor to deliver spanish lessons in perth!

Hello,
We have recently started a Spanish tuition service in Perth but unfortunately have to move to Melbourne. We do not, however want to leave the Perth business completely. We are seeking a Native spanish speaker, with a fluent level of English (preferrably with tuition experience) to give lessons for us in Perth.
Administrative functions would be handled by us, and material will be provided. All that is required is for the prospective individual to deliver the content and assist the students with any questions they may have.
Requirements on your side would only be internet access, a whiteboard and printer (we provide students handouts for material, tutors will be re-imbursed for their expenses) and to deposit weekly cash revenues at the Commonwealth Bank. Lessons will be held at a location central to the city.
The prospective tutor will be paid on a casual basis at $25 per hour. A valid working visa and Tax file number will be required upon application.

We provide very economical spanish classes over the internet. We use a combination of skype/webcam/screenshare applications so you can see/hear our teacher and her training materials as she goes through the class. Our classes are $12(US) per hour for 1:1 classes, or we could do group classes for less.

I am looking for a qualified teacher who can give private Spanish lessons in Perth, WA. I have done Spanish at school for 2 years, so I have a basic grasp of the language, but I am no where near fluent.

I am currently situated in Angola, but I will be living in Australia for 3 months (June, July and August) of 2009, before I move to Madrid for university. Although the university course will be in English, I would still like to become more proficient in Spanish and improve before I go.

I have looked at various courses on the internet, and some of the prices are out of my range (i.e.$50 per hour for 100 hours). I am looking for something cheaper if that is possible.
