There are plenty of other places to spend your money where they don't charge for parking. Stay out of the septic tank Atlanta, Georgia. You also might avoid being robbed or mugged or killed by thugs who live in Atlanta.

It was brought out that GA. was once 17th in the nation in income and now it is 43rd. The two largest counties have over 50% food stamp participation. While Obama will be known as the food stamp president, Governor Deal will be known as the food stamp governor.
