But I suppose the givernement now considers theselves above the law and it is a federal crime to take what is DELIVERED to your mailbox out of it, whether you know what it is or not...absurd. It has not been proven that Carter ordered anything. And it would be ridiculous for him to have put CDs in his trunk if he had ordered them and paid 200.00 of them when he was arriving at his own home from work--if he knew what the package was--when the temperatures were about 100 degrees that week. Its a bit difficult to watch heat damaged CDs. He's obviously not a risk to flee-his parents and sister and fiancee and 3 daughters live here. He is self-employed and his profession is licesed by the state. The Constitution may say that we are presumed innocent until proven guilty but the newspaper said the judge (who is sworn to uphold the Constitution, by the way) stated "Federal Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman denied Gorman's bond and said he was PRESUMED to be a danger to the community and a risk to flee" (emphais added). This presumption was based on separate STATE charges--that have not been tried--from the ONE FEDERAL CHARGE on which the FEDERAL judge was denying bond on. So Carter has been incarcerated for over a month for getting his mail out of his mailbox. NOTHING else has been proven. And the goverment admits breaking the very laws on which Carter is charged. Americans should be VERY scared. Carter would never hurt a fly...much less a child. If the people who Carter has devoted his life to don't know this and turn out at this trial in droves...there is no sanity or decency or meaning to the rule of law left in the USA.

I was a victim as a child, I am not a victim by believing in Carter Gorman. Carter pleaded NOT GUILTY by the way. He didn't admit to anything and the people who set this up will have to PROVE otherwise IF CARTER EVER GETS A COURT DATE and doesn't rot in FEDERAL CUSTODY before then. If you know he's been doing this for year, bring on the proof beyond a reasonable doubt to court...

You are not Carter Gorman, you are a total stranger to anyone reading these blogs on the internet with an anonymous and fictious name like the rest of use posting here and have yourself pointed out a major aspect of Carter. A post above yours gives amle reason why CARTER would enter a plea deal that MIGHT result in 5 years instead of 20 or more...his family, fiancee, and his daughters...with whom he can still BE A FAMILY with in 5 years with a plea deal...
There are MULTIPLE victims now found from the past that he molested. We aren't all lying ... Just him
* I believe I'll wait until ALL these multiple victims file charges in a court of law and there is a trial which proves him guilty before I pass judgment. I am unaware of any further LEGAL accusations beyond those made in July by one person...
But congratulations on knowing BETTER than anybody else who has known him as long as you have...including his family...like I said, prove it in a court of law with evidence instead of accusations on the internet and claims of superior knowlege of Carter than ANYONE else...
Until then, I'll stick with the U.S. Constitution...innocent until proven guilty...unlike the judge who held him in custody since July based on the alleged, unproven, and untried allegation in Gwinnett County and not on the charges before him in court (as stated by the Federal Judge himself at the hearing) So go ahead and condemn him, after all, you know BETTER than anybody else apparently...
