Typical, another employer offering slave wages and then demanding knowledge of every f@#$in' skill set known to man...I work in this field and it never ceases to amaze me that these people find willing candidates.
I'm sure that those who apply for these jobs are desperate for work and that is exactly what the Employers expect. Too bad really, this type of offer is an insult to anyone who actually has this much knowledge in Web Dev/Programming. My advice is: If you qualify for this position, you could probably start your own company and earn much more $$$+ freedom.
I hope Web designers + developers stop accepting these ridiculous offers, that's the only way employers will stop getting away with it !
Just my opinion though, it's probably not Important ;)

I work in this industry as well and have to agree. The only way is to set up your own company, sometimes tough to get the client work or you can just run your own project like I do with frankdomains. Anyone know what the web industry is like in Iceland?
