A high-profile one-armed Green Beret accused of trying to stab a panhandler to death with his prosthetic hand in 2009 is fighting the Army's plans to court-martial him.

I bet this guy took Lariam in addition to his PTSD - familiar pattern of diminished impulse control. Too bad the VA & BVA don't recognize Lariam (mefloquine) poisoning as a ligitimate disability for benefits, and taking YEARS to deny vets their rights.
