Barre strip club could lose dance license

I would like to thank the City Council for finally shutting down the strip club in our fine community.
Next, I hope they will take action against the adult store on main street above the club. Hopefully, Barre will again be known for its friendly downtown, instead of the red light disgrace of Vermont.

this is the only men's club in Vt. the city counsil should give them a break.

I'm a blind man and how can I enjoy a strip club if I can't rub some tittays and a$$crack. This is a sad day. Republicans always want to be hateful and take away all our life joy.

I don't judge what others prefer to do in the privacy of their own homes etc., but a strip club (I use that label loosely) on the main street in Barre?? I have grandchildren who have to walk past that establishment to/from school, to go to the store, to catch a bus, what do u think a male leaving a place like that, after hrs. Of drinking & the "look but don't touch" rule has left him/her sexually frustrated, where is our children's/grandchildrends safety?? Sick people.!!

EXACTLY! If we could touch the dancers and get some rub 'n tugs in the club we wouldn't come out all frustrated!
