The guy is a lawyer, and this seems like the first time he has done business with an airline. He seems like one of those that LOOKS for people or situations to be blown out of sorts just to justify to himself he's a big and important "lawyer". Whoop de friggin do------bring the case in front of Judy........She'll throw him, his mother, and his bags out the door for stupid B.S.

Go for it! Airlines make people suffer fo no reason. I think we all understand the security and safety issues but being treated this way is beyond belief. Airlines need accountability.

It's people like this that make the prices of everything go up so much.$275,000 for compensatory damages? Give me a break!! No wonder lawyers aren't covered by a lot of insurance companies, it's because they complain & sue all the time!!

I get stressed when I drive my Jag from my tennis lesson to my golf lesson then to happy hour at the country club. People are mean when you have a nice car! Does this mean I can sue too?! My husband hates it when I nick the paint! Oh well I get a new one every year. Get real people!

Sounds like another story. I fly about 2 time a month mostly on Delta and have never had a bad experience. I have had flights delayed and cancelled but delta has been the easiest and best airline to get you to your destination. It seems to me that Mr. Roth is not telling the whole truth. I hope the judge throws out the case.

I was stuck in an airport with 15 minors for 38 hours. Our flight was cancelled and there weren’t any flights to be put on. The 15 kids did not complain once. Yes, I our trip was shortened, but come on, it happens and you move on with life. I hope he is tarnishing his own reputation. Truth be told, he will fly Delta again if the flight is least expensive.
