The fact that Colon won the primary for Lt. Gov just about ensures that I will cross party lines to vote for Martinez. We shall see what the choice looks like in November.

Knowingly and willfully initiating a baseless case against an innocent man.

Now understand perjury is a crime. She as an attorney at law is under a duty to prevent anyone from committing fraud on the court. Once she learns someone has committed perjury she has a duty to inform the court.

Allow me to inform you that this man was charged supposedly April 27, 2007 his trial is still pending as of today June 2, 2010. So obviously she cannot keep her promise or her sworn oath.

She has purposely lied to the court and is willfully ignoring the perjury committed. As a law enforcement official she cannot ignore a crime and yet she persists.

This goes beyond a reckless disregard for the truth. This goes beyond a perversion or miscarriage of justice.

Susana Martinez has violated her oath to uphold the constitution of the United States. She has used her color of law position to deny this man a federally protected right. She as a prosecutor sworn to uphold the law chooses to break it.

This isn't reckless or perversion, this is clearly an act of terrorism.

I think I smell a typical democratic concept in the voting at this poll. You know the vote early and often concept. All of her money and attack ads won't save Denish this time. The public is fed up with Richardson and Denish and their last eight years of corruption in government in Santa Fe.
