Preschooler called child molester

Wow! What kind of things are being done with and to this boy at home? The parents moved, so now a new set of children can be touched by this child. This is a home that needs a thorough investigation.

Where did our common sense go?

If you can't hold a 8 year old child responsible for crimes how can you hold a 4 year old as a molester?

"I'll show you mine if you show me yours" is now a crime for 4 year olds? We've gone mad.

Maybe he can become a registered sex offender and abide by the rules. Ridiculous!. I thought little kids touch each other all the time.

A child forcing "his hands down two little girl's pants and touched them sexually." is not just two kids touching each other.

APS should know the effect those actions have on the victims and should not only question the boy's parents and report their concerns, they should help the parents of the girls to cope with any fallout from these incidents. Instead as typical for APS administration, they turn their head away and leave children to fend for themselves for 'months'.

Why is APS the worst school system in the nation? Maybe because the administration doesn't really care about the welfare of our children. Their unwritten policy of ignoring problems until they blow up in your face leaves much to be desired.

How can you call a four year old boy a molester??? He barely knows what he's doing. Why weren't these parents investigated? Monkey see, monkey do. This is unbelievable. Truly unbelievable. They are barely even old enought to be called children and now they will all be scarred for the rest of their lives. Not handled very well AT ALL.

I am familiar w/some of the parties involved and as for the teacher and the principal they did the best they could under the circumstances and handled things in the manner which APS advised, and perhaps it wasn't the best advice, so the responsible party in this situation should be APS, the District, and the higher-ups that dictates the policies APS has in regards to matters similar to this.

Where did this four year old learn to do this? Has it been done to him,perhaps?I'm not accusing the parents but I think it had to come from somewhere.I think this four year old child needs to be investigated further.He might have very interesting things to say.

Another question is,"are the girls telling the truth"?

Where did this little person learn this behavior? This is not natural for a 4 year old. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO SAVE THIS CHILD.

I don't know about this situation. If the girl was asked about being touched, and said everything was okay, AND the mom volunteered at the school, what more is APS supposed to do?
