What Embarrasses You About New Mexico?

I guess the biggest would be: (1) Corruption in Government, (2) Issuing Drivers Licenses To Illegal Aliens, (3) Reputation of Being a Banana Republic, (4) Drunk Drivers, and (5) Having a MVD so bad that private companies have to do there job.

The democrat communists running this state.

The willingness of many to allow themselves to be led around by nose rings, then complain when they don't like things.

That so many people believe the Roswell UFO was an alien spacecraft. Ironically, in the Bible Belt where another form of pseudo-science, creationism, also is rampant.

That there was even a discussion of planting land mines along our southern border.

That King Bill is actually considering granting a posthumous pardon to the murderous thug, Billy the Kid.

Lack of law enforcement on every level.

The entitlement attitude supported heavily by our state government.

Taxation without "useful" representation. i.e. horrible educational system, ridiculous government spending on things that serve no one but them, little help from law enforcement or the legal system.

All of this can be summed up by saying we have a corrupt "Social Democrat" system and they have set it up perfectly that the majority either works for the state or is supported by the state. For that reason, I see a very grim future but I am praying that decent minded people wake up and say enough is enough! Probably a pipe dream but if I don't have that hope the only thing left is to give up!
