Wow. These bunch of angry crones are so full of hatred against Kathryn Hauser's ex husband that it seems they would like to set her REAL rapist and murderer free and pin the whole thing on the ex husband!

The only thing missing from this male-bashing orgy was Judge Angela Jewell and Rosemary Cosgrove-Aguilar leading this misanthropic mob in a cheer!

Is there a woman who is EVER even 50% responsible for a marriage or a relationship falling apart? If a man says something in the woods, and there is no woman around to hear it, is he still wrong?

If you hysterical hyenas turn the raping, murdering Busy loose, I hope he will come after ONE OF YOU next time. What a bunch of major league m*o*r*o*n*s testified in 2nd Judicial District Court today!

And of course the man was anxious on the day of his ex-wife's murder, you i-d-i-o-t-s. Even though they were divorced, I'm sure he STILL HAD FEELINGS FOR HER and did not wish her dead. Over and beyond that, everybody knows that husbands and boyfriends are the ones the police first come after, and with the history of the Albuquerque Police Department, you'd better believe ANY MAN would be very anxious (as well as depressed) if his ex-wife or girlfriend were raped and murdered. It's not like they have not framed anyone before (and then the principal framer was selected Chief of Police by Marty Chavez in the best known case!)

Think before you speak, you mindless harpies! You could wind up setting a guilty man free and being responsible for an innocent one being indicted and becoming impoverished spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on his legal defense. May the fleas of a thousand camels feast upon your unshaved nether regions!

My angry friend, I am the cousin of Kathryn Hauser, and as such, I am aware of much information regarding Hu that you have no knowledge of. Although I cannot say that he is personally responsible for her death, I think you should have all the facts before taking cheap shots at grieving family members who not only lost a loved one, but also had to witness and/or hear from Kathryn about the cruel and abusive treatment she did in fact receive from her husband. If you for some reason have been hurt personally by other "Feminazis," I suggest you get counseling rather than attacking legitimate victims and their families.

Feminazis, you are an idi ot! The police did not come after my husband when he would beat me, but rather gave him excuses. He did try to kill me one night. Luckily, I got out of the relationship before he was successful. Go back into your tent with your camel and its fleas and may they infect your private areas.

It's a good thing you feel you know it all since you're never going to learn that spousal abuse is not an indication of enduring feelings. Your email makes it clear you are also an abuser, and probably have had to take the stand in your own defense at least once. I feel sorry for your neighbors in Woodland Hills, CA.

Wow! Sounds like the current/former MRS. Bashiri better be looking to change her name and run like hell.

This guy is on the edge and could go off at any moment.

One doesn't have to be a psychiatrist to hear the hate and loathing for women this guy is harboring.

If ANY woman knows this guy, I suggest you run, don't walk, as far away from this potential (if not current) abuser as humanly possible.

If you don't know this guy, I suggest you permanently etch his name in your memory. This guys is a timebomb.

I know. All men are such monsters, aren't they? And all women are the virtuous victims of these monsters, who although are equal to men, must be given special rights and privileges to keep them safe at all costs. No wonder so many people don't respect your gender.

Hahaha. You rabid ranters are hysterical. Here you are criticizing someone who makes a good point that a murdering rapist might get off due to pent-up hatred and hostility by the decedent's friends towards the ex, and you are OFFERING PSYCHIATRIC PROFILES without holding degrees or ever having met and interacted with the person.
Mr. Bashiri is sooooo right. It WOULD be a good thing if this Busey thug got off to come looking for you guys in order to extend his personal thanks to you, hahaha.

Mr. Bashiri, I apologize for the humorless and hateful diatribes you have gotten here. It's very close to a full moon, and you have obviously hit close to home in your post. I laughed and learned at the same time and researched the case a bit. I especially like the ancient middle-eastern "curse". I had not heard that one in a bunch of years.
Watch your back, Mr. Bashiri. The only thing deadlier than thugs like the accused homeless man, Busey, are a bunch of riled-up FEMBOTS. That might have been a better term to use than feminazis. But then I like to say, if the (Prada, naturally) shoe fits, wear it.
Believe it or not, there are sane women in Albuquerque. They are too busy leading real, productive and harmonious lives to launch diatribes at people for merely expressing a funny (and apparently correct!) opinion. Fembots are a deadly sort.
Why do you think I'm naked up a tree?

A personal observation. I have a feeling that many of the posters on this thread might be Hillary Clinton supporters, ;oD

So the Feminazis side with the defense? Busey is innocent and the husband did it? Where does the family stand on this theory? It's my understanding from the Journal that the husband MIGHT have been a jerk, but that doesn't make him a killer. Plus why was Busey's DNA at the scene?
Is the defense claiming Busey had some sort of relationship with Kathryn Hauser?

Who's paying for this high-quality defense for a homeless man? Follow the money. It's haters of the ex-husband of the late Kathryn Busey.

These maroons are so blinded by their hate they would rather see Busey, the odds-on-favorite to have been the rapist murderer, go free so that they might get paybacks against Kathryn Busey's former husband. This is not only illogical, immoral, and unprincipled, it's unlawful. Of course, in Albuquerque's Crooked Courts of Injustice, the law is what its crooked judges say it is.

No wonder Terry Gilbert got away with murdering 2 husbands in almost exactly the same way. We seem to live in a gynecocracy here in Albuquerque, and anyone who dares point to the obvious is immediately branded as a misogynist or someone needing psychiatric treatment. Very well established tactics in Communist countries. We seem to be heading in that totalitarian direction, so I guess we might as well get used to the tactics they use.

Apologies, Half of all Albuquerque women ARE NOT crazy. Sounds like that "I Know" woman works at George Bush's Pentagon. I'm sure she also thinks there are still Weapons of Mass Destruction buried in Iraq somewhere.

Oh, I see... according to your "logic" Mrs. Hauser was 50% responsible for her husband beating the crap out of her. My, what an interesting concept. Does that mean he is excused for his behavior because he was only 50% in control? I think not. A batterer wants 100% control and will do everything possible to obtain it. When a man (who is larger and stronger than a woman) can only find one way to express his displeasure with his wife by physicaly assaulting her, then he is totally in the wrong. There's no such thing as being 50% abusive. Abuse is abuse. Have you watched him on the stand? He's so, soooooo in control of himself that he can't even express remorse for his behavior. I'd say he has the cold eyes of a lizard, but that would be insulting and entire species...the reptiles.
