Eclipse receives European OK

one can hope that Eclipse is successful

i love how all these companys come in here to new mexico and they promise all this b.s. and the in a few years or short time they go broke they run out of funding and in the mean time someone is still makeing the small profits and benefits of spending but most of all the tax breaks. this is a slap in the face, and move some where else and start all over agian. where their going they must be real stupid not to see what they have left behind.

Time is running out. Eclipse will file for bankruptcy in early 2009. They owe too much money to creditors and suppliers. The aircraft is sound. The business model and current management is the problem. Hopefully, following bankruptcy, a new owner will
be more successful in building and marketing the aircraft.

Hey Eclipse GO AWAY

Its a shame that the good folks that worked and still work at Eclipse have to suffer for what greedy no account CEO's do to companies and get away with it! Last time I looked that was called stealling, but I guess if its so called "White Collar Crime" its alright! Or if you have enough "dirty money" to pay for justice! Then everyone can blame the employee's thier families and anybody else that they want to blame to feel ok about everything!

Look Eclipse's CEO's messed up and stole from everyone and none of them have been made to pay for what they did to us that had family that came to work for Eclipse, moved to NM and believed in the dream! I hope that one day instead of making fun of the folks that worked there and still work there and of the great product that is being produced there they will go after the real crooks, the CEO's and the people that give over all of the tax breaks and don't make companies sign some kind of contract that they will have to repay these monies if they go belly up due to greed!

Speaking of contracts did anyone know that the people that got "Laid Off" Aug. 21st had to sign a leagal paper stating that they "would release Eclipse from any kind of lawsuites" just to get their one (1) week serverance pay, and one (1) month of cobra...well I do, because my husband was one of the 600 plus people that was let go then aound 3am (some wake up call)! We was also told that the Govener and the Workforce would help him and everyone else to get a new job (we still have this in writing)...big lye there too! Aparently the promise of everyone from Eclipse to the Governor was just a big lye to get us all up here to "spoon feed us the dream" to just pull the rug out from under us!

As for Eclipse I hear that they may get what they need to make it, but as for all of the skilled employee's that they once had and still have...good luck on getting them to come back if they ramp up, and good luck on keeping most of who they still have, because more and more of them are leaving to go to work at other aviation companies, have went back to contracting or like my husband in the new year is going to a new aviation company out of state! We have no faith or believe in the dream and we will not ever let Eclipse "spoon feed us the dream" ever again!

So before Eclipse goes away make them repay everyone what they owe us, and put the CEO's in prison like we would be put if we stole like they did from everyone!

Eclipse has also hurt many suppliers and machine shops in town. I got laid off from one shop due to eclipse not paying and cancelling orders. Thanks a lot.

Dirty house wife YOU are just right on target....We are GONE too. Eclipse owes us the money we had to borrow to get out, and back to work for a real aircraft company, in another state. I was mad at WORN OUT broken down OLD Vern for saying he hated aircraft people in the first place. I,ve been in the Aircraft business for 34 years.. My husband has been in the Aircraft business for 42... The old fellow that laid off my husband because HE didn't like him.... I hope he's feeling like good now that his job is going,going gone.... Besides that they all had to much starch in their shirts. HELLO TEXAS... HOME SWEET HOME

you guys can blast eclipse and its former management team all you want. I for one put the blame soely on Vern Raburn for the fiasco that he got us into in the first place. We are still trying to pick up the peices from that mess. For those of you who blast the whole lay-off like dirtyhousewife guess what, If your husband wouldhave shown any tiype of innitiative or proved that the company couldnt let him go he would probably still be employed there. its very easy to say that my husband or wife got let go cuz his boss hated him, chances are there was a reason behind his dismissal and hate has nothing to do with it. im so sick and tired of you haters balsting whats going on. keep in mind that there are still quiet a few good people there that are trying desperatly to make it work. Lord knows if eclipse goes under, i do to. and for those that work at suppliers who say well im out of a job cuz eclipse ddnt pay its bill. GUESS WHAT GENIUS HAD YOUR PARTS WORKED AS YOUR MANAGEMENT HAD SAID THEY WOULD NONE OF US WOULD BE HERE RIGHT NOW!

Ya a couple bought buildings thinking they were going to get huge orders from them. Well, not any more.
