Please be advised that anyone who has a differing opinion to GTF will be treated by GTF exactly as you have been treated. It has happened to me. An intelligent conversation is not possible with her. She is too busy dictating to everyone her religious take on this subject. Her religious beleifs interfear with clear thinking on her part. She would much rather nit pick and make thing up than have a conversation which makes sence.

We all know her take on the subject, which is her right. But it seems to me that when we state our take on the subject, she then become some what bent out of shape that we should express it. She then finds things off topic to argue about.

So what is rational, beleiving in a virgin birth or the devil, heaven and hell. If you want to beleive that way, fine but where is the evidence. In the bible??.

We all have our beliefs...and the Constitution does not GIVE the rights to freedom of conscience but recognizes the fundamental of freedom of conscience to believe as we do.

The Constitution give us the right to be free of religion, any religion if we choose be. You can belong to any religious institution you choose, but that does not give anyone the right to make policy just because your particular religion has an oversion to something. Sometimes conscience is a little screwed up when you beleive in something which is actually wrong but religion tells you it is right.

Again, the Constitution does NOT give rights, it recognizes the fundamental rights that already exist. Freedom of religion {which goes beyond just worshipping in church...includes practicing that religion anywhere with some amount respect towards others} is a fundamental right that exists apart from government. In other words as a politician or a voter who may be a Christian they can vote and perform their duties in the light of those beliefs.

As the Constitution recognizes the fundamental rights that already exist, freedom of religion or from religion is a right also. Anyone is government who tries to impose their religious beleifs on others by passing laws that are one sided in favor of what they beleive is wrong.
