Former Albuquerque PD Officer, Levi Chavez, who allegedly murdered his wife Tera Chavez five (5) years ago, and tried to make it look like a suicide, with the assistance of one (1) Albuquerque PD lieutenant, two (2) Albuquerque PD sergeants, and at least four (4) Albuquerque PD officers, who were allegedly also involved in an auto theft insurance scam with Chavez will be tried on June 2013, if we can believe Valencia County prosecutors and Court personnel. Watch for Chavez's attorney, Serna, to move that the charges be dismissed for failing to follow the Speedy Trial rule.

The "powers that be" are clearly trying with all their might to get this POS off. Guess it is simply another cover-up like those involving APD killings, rapes and thefts. When is someone going to adddress the real problem - APD Administration?
