Scam Artist on the loose in ABQ

Why would you post your personal email account in here anyway? Its just kind of odd. I think you may be Brenda Duggan or her new bf.

I'm far from being emotionally attached to this woman, I think its just a good thing that people are finally talking about issues that pertain to her scamming people out of their hard earned money.

I want to know one thing, how many of you has she scammed out of money or has she tried to get money out of?

She has tried to get me to invest $100,000 or I could do as little as $20,000 cash and use my personal credit to get business credit cards or credit at local business in Scottsdale. To the idea that I would purchase a vehicle for her company and she would make the monthly payments.

Then she turned around and offered some sort of sexual favors. I'm not needing sex that bad to have to pay for it. not me.

The best scam artists in New Mexico all wind up in public office or running our government agencies!

Why does Brenda Duggan live in Albq? I dont get why she's not living in Arizona if thats where her business is located. Perhaps she likes having men in different ports.

Does anyone know if she has paid her taxes to the state that has a lien filed against her and her ex husband? If so, how did she come up with almost $200,000 for all her back taxes. Perhaps she scammed some new guys out of their hard-earned money.

Anyone know who her attorney is? She has a suit peniding against an Arizona comany for 1.5 million, I want to contact her attorney and let her know that I will be filing a document to collect my money back if she ever wins this judgement.

Is he an Attorney here in New Mexico? Or is he in Arizona. And I found out that she still owes the State over $294,000 in taxes and fees. This is why she can not register a vehicle in her name, or buy real estate or purchase anything in her name or the state will take posession of it.

They have a lien against her and any of her wages, thats why she does not file tax returns either.

Remember Mike Garfalo? Brenda Duggan stalked the guy to the point that he requested a transfer to a different market. She was trying to get him to hook and bait "investors" and when he saw through her he refused and she began to stalk him.

The new scam she is running with her brother Paul is a Ponzi Scheme, where they take your money and tell you it will be invested in this business or this other business. There really are no business's its just a way to take your cash and live on it.

The Liens against her here in NM are still in effect, that is why a search of any type of records, phone, mortgage, real estate, PNM or Gas Co, cable or city utilities are not under her name because she has scammed so many people that if she put anything under her name people would be able to find her and collect their money.

That is prmeditation if anything follows those words. If not than it is intimidation. People dont realize how serious those words are!

Does anyone know what Brenda has been doing in Arizona? I'm afraid someone I know may be a victim of her and Paul's scam and I am trying to understand what is going on. Does anyone have info on Centerpoint?

Centerpoint is a company that her and her brother Paul have. They claim to get investors for projects that are worldwide. You give them your money and they tell you that your money is used to fund projects such as CLUB R all aound the globe. Yet the money goes into the pockets of Paul and Brenda and a few others that are involved.

Brenda is the point person and lures the victims in and Paul uses his "project" to have the person write a check.

Centerpoint means that you give them your money, its a central point where your money is managed.

I'd contact the FBI here in New Mexico and advise them that they are scamming people. One of the newest key players in this scheme is a man who owns property/buildings in the Phoenix Arizona area. I belive his name is Rob or Ron.

He and Brenda are currently dating as well. Poor guy is the newest victim both in her bed and in his bank account.

Last guy on this blog Simon Gervais has a restraining order against him filed by Brenda when he tried to get his money back from her! Tread lightly

I am not an ex husband, I am a person who she tried to scam out of money, I don't know why it put that i'm in Los Angeles, when infact I'm in Albuquerque.

I was trying to get more information on Centerpoint and Paul and Brenda's activites to understand if it is a legitimate business. I don't see any complaints filed at the BBB, but I also can't find much info at all. My question to you was only to help validate the information you provided. I don't know how deep my friend is involved, but believe he is investing money in Centerpoint.

From what I can tell, Paul is recently paroled from Federal prison for fraud and money/drug laundering. Brenda is still being investigated by the NM Securities Division for attempting to sell stock in a company that no longer is in existance and never did exist in Arizona.

Centerpoint is a way to launder money. They claim that the money is put into the care of Centerpoint and that the pool of funds is disbursed among business that Centerpoint runs. Yet if you look at it on paper it looks like a very good investment, but in reality there are no projects, they show you projects on paper, but if you ask to visit a site, they generally just give you a webinar rather than a tangible business.

They use the money that investors give them to pay their salaries, purchase homes and vehicles and go on trips.

You won't find much about Centerpoint unless you attend one of their meetings, and if you do attend and can't spot when you're being scammed then you are not paying attention.

Why isn't your friend looking into this for himself? Why are you doing the legwork?
