Well, I suspect that if Paterson respected N.Y.S. and its taxpayers, instead of just its politicians, then Paterson might get some respect in return.

Could it be that some alleged legislators are finally getting the hint that they WILL be gone if they don't begin respecting the will of the people they are being paid to represent?

Could it be? Naw! Just kidding!

Big Deal as he fiddles about we have to put on more nightclothes. The governor has been around long enough to get somethindg done on job creation.nightclothes are only a temporary fix to hold off frosty the snowman. But a good paaying job certinaly is a bettet way to pay the bills and heat our homes.
Put Patterson out in the cold.

So let's see - rather than discuss the budget deficit the Senate Democrats chose to ignore the problem under the pretense of avoiding a "photo op." Let me guess, their "solution" will be to borrow more money to close the budget gap, put us further in dept, and mortgage our childrens future. But until every last politician is voted out we're destined for more of the same.

Daily Horoscope for January 8

Leo

Why are you still fighting, Leo? Everyone else went home a long time ago, but you're still here pounding your fists on the table. Although you don't want to admit it, accepting defeat may be your most practical option at this point. Sometimes it's just easier to move on than to keep up the fight. When you're forced to restructure, at least you have a chance to redefine. YouÕl get the opportunity to start with a clean slate, so use it to your advantage.
