1 i exfoliate every other day with a sea salt and essential oil scrub that i made.. i put a teeny bit of olive or sweet almond oil in it because i have dry skin. i made a cucumber and strawberry toner and i use olive, grapeseed, cocoa butter, shea butter or sweet almond oil as a moisturizer. once a week i use a facial steamer with essential oils (usually tea tree, grapefruit, tangerine etc..) and i like to make my own masks. i grind up oatmeal, a raw egg, honey and some heavy cream then i wash it off.. i use papaya, pineapple and strawberries in their natural state for an enzyme mask because they're good for getting rid of dead skin. |

Coca butter is great during the winter seasons, but it will cook you alive in the summer. Never apply baby oil to the beach you will go back home burnt. |

Very Good, my sister is a Dermatologist, she would agree with you on the Lemon and Egg, now with your skin and scalp...you are right..wash in warm water, that opens the pores, rinse in cool water, that helps seal in the moisture as the pores are closing. I bathe only with Oil of Olay, and Oil of Olay lotion, and I normally shower, but I have to relax in a bath at least once a week, so when the bath is running I place a few drops of baby oil in the water. That works too, with your feet...keeps them smoother. |

2 Ever heard of E. coli? Your sister may be listening to intently to white derma-fuck-a-tists and I have no idea why anybody would be putting anything on their face or body that they can't pronounce and without knowing what the hell it is... If you wouldn't eat it don't put it on your body... cause you are in fact eating it. 2 tbs. Arnica Flowers 2 tbs. Calendula Flowers 1 tbs. Chammomile Flowers 3 tbs. Rosemary (herb/leaf) 2 tbs. Dragon's Blood Resin 1/2 tbs. Cloves combine with 6 to 12 oz. Virgin Oliver Oil in a dark glass bottle and let sit 6 to eight hours. Skin softening, cut, bruise and anti-biotic healing stuff, man. Add dried hot-pepper and additional Rosemary for anti-inflammatory, pain relieving action. Wake up. |

I use to bathe with baby oil as well, until I discovered sesame oil.lol My skin gets really dry in the winter, so I'll use sesame oil during the winter months. I discovered the recipe in an Allure magazine when I was middle school. I use to have really bad acne prone skin, now my skin is flawless and I get compliments all the time.:0) Its so funny, my family use to call me nestle crunch face because of my bad acne, back than. |

I'm an African, telling us not to drink milk is like telling us to not breath air. I Take it you're a vegan but dairy is very important. |

Witch hazel is really rich in tannins which gives them their astringent properties. Good stuff for the skin, but don't overuse witch hazel or astringent herbs as they tend to have a drying effect. Good stuff though. |

Great stuff. Also seems to allow the skin to tan without much cellular damage. Caution : Essential oils are quite concentrated and can be DEADLY. Never ingest essential oils. Sesame, thank goodness, is not on that list. |

Well my people are pastoral and take care of their cows, and I guess it started out as adaptation and turned into something cultural. I believe it helps keep your skin smooth and radiant . But that's just meh and a cultural thing I guess:) |
