Yes that girl was white and so did 2 other white females. All 3 of them white girls who were escorted off the plane for their *ahem* attire ended up on Dr.Phil explaining why they felt they should be allowed to wear those types of clothes ANYWHERE AND 2 of the girls were white and one was middle eastern but born and raised in America.

well thats prolly cause the whites r sayin that. u know where i grew up the latin females would try to dress even more ghetto than that gurl just to compete against her. u know when i went to school the black gurls waznt afraid to show what they got and us latinas would be jelus of the attention the black gurls would get from da boyz so we started dressin the same way u know to compete.

Yes its sad that these girls feels they must dress like hos just to get the boys attention but I will once again blame that partly on the media, partly parents and partly peer pressure...Its just sad

I would also like to add that you dont know the situation she could have been the type to leave home with a decent looking dress on and change in the car or at a friends house. AMEN! The girls at my school used to do this in the 4th grade all the time.

Funny story though. When I was in middle school, there was this girl who used to change into a tighter shirt when she got to school and kept the shirt with her friend.

Her Mama told her to stop.

One day Mama came in for an unexepected visit.

The girl was wearing the shirt...

She asked for some scissors and was lunging for her trying to rip it off because no one would give her the scissors. And they either called security, or were about to...The principle was trying to lure her into the office but she was mad. She said she was gonna cut that tight shirt off.

This is NOT the worst thing I have seen...not by a mile. BUT I keep hearing about her and NOT her parents. Where are they? Do they not care? Apparently not or she would not have this dress....

Even if I had come up with the money to buy my own prom dress, I PROMISE YOU my family would not have let me leave the house with anything too tight, too short, or otherwise.

Hey girl! EXACTLY! And thank you b/c I had forgotten about all the girls who "change" when they leave home.

I wish she had more self esteem and needed attention less. I wish she understood that she had at least 10 years to dress this way as an adult (chronologically at least). I wish her parents would stop this "lawsuit" or whatever they said she is doing. The whole situation is sad.

But as long as men look at women in skimpy outfits, there will be women in skimpy outfits.

She's pretty, reminds me of danielle from antm, she needs to learn respect for her body is all. I really don't see how she doesn't see anything wrong with the dress

Girl, I am giving you dap now! It was alright for teens Lindsay, Britney, and yes Paris to dress skimpy. When teens descend upon the cities for spring break or other events, half dressed, it is okay b/c they are White.

It's okay for Paris Hilton to be in a sex video with a married man (he was married at the time) and for a teen Monica Lewinsky to date a married man (she did b4 her odyssey with former Pres. Clinton), I mean they treated her like little Nell from the country...

But when one of our girls "goes wild" it becomes a national issue.

I see White teens half dressed all the time and they are never reprimanded or embarrassed before the nation.

This kind of thing needs to be more evenhanded.
