Im black not dominican!

A lightskinned latina woman asked me was I latino/dominican nervously I replied that I was aa. But its funny that dominicans with spanish surnames claim to be of Spanish and Taino descent but they look like me and I am 4th generation black and proud wtf? And this is after Ive been in the sun I still look like latinos? I know these dominicans most of them have black DNA I saw 5 baseball players from D.R. that resembled black people exactly.

Dominicans are part of the diaspora aka African slaves dropped off to that island also! Some of them are really dark some really light ! Black to them means AA
