May I ask what is the difference between being racism and prejudice? I consider those two things to be one in the same. Could you explain the difference the way you see the two?

A little off topic, but OK.

In my opinion, Racism is more extreme because it when you use your power of influence (by denying benefits, jobs, admittance, or other equal opportunities) to act out on your prejudices. Prejudices are believing in certain stereotypes but you don't act out upon them (or enough for the person directed to isn't aware-i.e. no loss of benefits, access, acceptance, etc.).
