Such as:

I guess I have alot of pride for myself. I can't blame certain things I did not get in Life, when I wanted them, on my skin tone. Trust me, I have everything I need.
I feel everyone has to struggle, I do not see any lightskinned person in my area, doing better than I am because of their skin complexion.

I would feel less than fabulous, if that was the case. If I have to get a job based on my skin tone and not on my INTEGRITY I would feel USED and CHEAP.

I worked for the Gov't for a long time, and I was hired due to my K.S.A.
At the present time, I just started my own business and I am doing rather well, also, I hire my employees based on their experience. I could care less about skin tone.
I see people of every skin tone being pushed aside for VARIOUS reasons. Your looks and body types, also sometimes it is not WHAT you know it is WHO you know.
Black people harboring on skin color issues, is so outdated since the 1960's. I could see if I was auditioning for the cotton club in 1928, but get REAL FOLKS, this is 2008. It is all about MONEY and POWER.
