FACT: Out of 3000 reverse discrimination cases (regarding affirmative action) only 6 were substantiated. Affirmative Action has done very little for blacks, particularly poor blacks. Studies have proven that although a company may have vacancies many still refuse to hire highly qualified black applicants once they fill their quota.
FACT: Studies have proven that among young adults with the same educational background/level Blacks are MORE likely to attend college than whites and graduate at rates as high and higher than whites.
