Jada Pinkett Smith and Sita Souljah are working togtether on The COldest Winter Ever movie for HBO. For all of you that read the book and know the protaganost winter,who do you think would play a convinsing winter or at least look the part?

That book was the bomb. I think Lauren London should play Winter. You kinda has the ghetto side like Winter had

Lauryn London. She is beautiful and a great actress.

I'd like to see lauren do some real work, we know she is gorgeous and talented but i want to see some depth to her. I liked atl and think she could do the role some justice if i had to choose from the list above ;) great ????

I LOVE this novel, it's one of my favorites and I always said they should make a movie out of it, it's about time. In my opinion, the main character's role should be given to Kyla Pratt because she's a (young and beautiful) wonderful actress who I feel, can really get into the character of Winter Santiago...can't wait to see it.

I would say Meagan Goode..she seems right for the part..I liked that book.

That was my favorite book and I think that Lauren London should have Winters role. I can see definitely see her as winter. To this day that is still my favorite book.

I forgot all about her, you're right...she would fit the part as well.

This book was depressing as hell, i didnt like it too much, however if they are going to make a movie, Lauren London is never a wrong choice :)

That book was hot though I read it in the ninth grade and though meagan good would totally fit the part but when i saw laren london in ATL I was like that is Winter to the bone..she has the look and can pull of that attitude

I agree, i want megan to do more roles w/ depth but i would like to see how far london can push her career. Seems like monorities in hollywood are becoming extinct :(

I don't think kyla pratt could pull this role off

all the females listed r way too soft and prissy to play my girl Winter. i read this book a few years ago and Winter is a straight"Gangstress" .if they r going to stay true to the novel, and i know they probably won't,they have to get a female with that street edge. i don't know if she can act, but my first thought goes to DaBrat.PEACE
