I feel sorry for Black Christians!

You notice have they give their lives to God while he gives them nothing in return lol? And they always swear that God will bless them for believing in him but yet most live in severe poverty! I feel like this if there is a god and he wants my love then he needs to pay or it! I still don't see why people have so much faith in a mythical man that has not shown he cares about them.

People need a reward before they get to heaven.

People rely on god too much instead of just believing.You can believe in God and be responsible for your own life.God helps those who help themselves.

Saying how one religious belief makes you financially better off is…nuts. The point of religion in todays society is to satisfy something that can’t be satisfied with material, or perhaps the material that can provide the satisfaction is out of reach financially.

Going to church makes numerous individuals feel like they are a part of the community…even if there is no god, feeling a sense of belonging is often a big enough reward.

I also believe in a higher power but realistically most black christians are mentally weak. Most are angry and depressed despite their claims of being happy for finding God. Have you ever been to a black church? If so then I am sure you have seen how nasty and catty balck christians are and to me that shows these people are hurting and God can not save them.

I would call living for eternity in heaven a LOT in return.
