I'm 25 years old. I'm currently finishing up a religious studies MA program at Queen's University but working at USC while I finish writing the thesis.

I love just about everything in life and have found that it loves me too strangely enough.

I'm currently in a relationship with a beautiful, witty, really sweet man who I met during my time in Canada. So excited I'll be getting to see him this summer in Montreal. Long distance relationship hasn't been as bad as people were telling me. This is my first time at this whole love thing but it's new and wonderful and sweet and...okay I'll shut up.

I love traveling and so far I've gotten Japan, Thailand, and parts of eastern Canada stamps in my passport.

I'm generally an equality fanatic. I've got so many advocacy leanings that it's not funny. I'm a feminist, yet I also support men's rights too...doesn't make much sense eh.
I'm Christian, but I absolutely love, respect and cherish other religions.
I'm pro-black, in love with our culture, but absolutely love all other cultures as well.
I see much that is completely wacky with the world today, but I also see much hope and potential therein as well.
I love theory as well.
Favorite theorists include Wallace Stevens, Micheal Foucault, Franz Fanon, Web Dubois, Bell Hooks, Edward Said, Baudrillard, Evans-Pritchard, and Patricia Hills Collins. These and others are amazing and I hope to one day be listed among them with my own dissertation.

Currently in addition to working to help my parents with their mortgage, trying to finish a thesis that has morphed into a monster, and working out, I'm studying for the GRE. My initial verbal scores were pretty good. My math score sucked every horses' ball from here to Prague, however. So I'm going back, starting from the beginning (adding fractions...LOL), and brushing up on my 1+1...

I will see a thug type looking black guy who blast loud rap music in his car... and DOESN'T do well in school... look down upon black girls that are so called "ghetto" to make themselves fell better about themselves .. and ONLY date white women..

I did hear that when you suffer loss, you grow up faster. Maybe that goes with looks too =P.
I do pretty well in school, 2 AP Courses, the rest honors with a 3.8 avg. I was raised in the church, so I do believe in the virginity. My mom doesn't even want me to get a girlfriend until 18, she says they just get in the way of school, w.e. I do not find many white women attractive, I like my color or darker.
As for the black men, they act the same way too. Pants to their ankles, loud and immature. I'm sorry about singling out black women in my town, I was just referring to them after I told my preference for black women.
